Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Name, WhatsApp number and (optionally) email you enter in our forms.
• Event details: date, occasion, estimated guests and your notes.
• Payment receipts, if you send them to us.
• Minimal technical data for security: IP addresses are stored only as a hash, solely to limit form abuse.

We never ask for card or bank credentials on this site.

Why we use it

• To answer your reservation or visit request.
• To manage the calendar, payments and event preparation.
• To prevent abuse and spam.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Guest contact details (name, WhatsApp number, email, notes) and receipts are deleted or anonymised 12 months after the event date. Requests that never became bookings follow the same period from the requested event date; requests without an event date, 12 months after they were sent.

The IP hash stored with a request is removed at the same time, and form rate-limit records are deleted after 2 days. What remains is only the date, the occasion and the number of guests, identifying no one.

Who processes it

• The server the site and database run on (Hostinger).
• Cloudflare for the domain, the secure connection to the server, and protection from harmful traffic.
• Notification email delivery (Resend).
• Cloudflare Turnstile for bot checks on forms.

Google Maps loads only after you choose to show it.

Your rights
