Booking and dates

Sending a request on this site does not lock the date. A date is held once we confirm on WhatsApp and the deposit is received.

One booking uses two days: the day before the event (D-1) for decoration, and the event day itself.

Deposit and balance

• The deposit is Rp 2.000.000 and is non-refundable.
• The balance is due no later than D-7, before the event day.
• If the balance is missed we contact you on WhatsApp first; the date may be released afterwards.
• The price in force when your request is made stays fixed for that booking.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule, subject to availability of the new date. Any further change is arranged with us directly.

Hours of use

• Decoration and setup may start at 06.00 on D-1.
• Use on the event day runs until 21.00.
• Overtime past 21.00 is by prior arrangement only; the fee is agreed separately.

Capacity and parking

• Maximum 350 guests.
• Parking for about 10 cars inside the grounds and about 20 outside.

Decoration and vendors

• You are welcome to bring your own vendors (catering, decoration, make-up, photography).
• Fireworks, sky lanterns and open flames are not allowed; candles only in closed holders.
• Alcoholic drinks are not allowed on the premises.

Other practical rules (decoration materials, power, sound, cleaning and load-out times) are shared when we confirm and form part of the agreement.

Responsibility

The hirer is responsible for guests, vendors and any damage to the facilities during the period of use.
