    The Rp 8.000.000 balance is due 7 days before the event (H-7).

Often asked.

Can we bring our own vendors?

Yes. You're free to choose your own caterer, decorator, make-up artist and photographer. For everyone's safety and comfort, fireworks, sky lanterns and open flames aren't allowed (candles only in closed holders), and neither is alcohol. We go over practical details such as power, installation and cleaning when we confirm.

When can decoration setup start?

From 06.00 on the day before (H-1). That day is reserved as your setup day, so there is no other event at the venue.

Until what time can we use the venue?

On the event day the venue is yours until 21.00. Extra time after 21.00 can be arranged by agreement.

Is the deposit refundable? What if our date changes?

The Rp 2.000.000 deposit locks your date and is non-refundable. You get one free reschedule, subject to availability.

How many guests can the venue hold?

Up to 350 guests, with the whole venue for your event.

Is there parking?

Yes. There is parking for 10 cars inside the grounds and about 20 outside.

Is there a prayer room?

Yes, there is a musholla for guests and family, plus separate men's and women's toilets.

How do we pay?

By BCA bank transfer. We send the account details when your reservation is confirmed. The Rp 2.000.000 deposit locks the date; the balance is due H-7, 7 days before the event.

Our event is less than 8 days away. Is that possible?

Dates fewer than 8 days away can't be reserved online. For events 3–7 days away, message us on WhatsApp to check availability; the calendar marks these dates “Via WhatsApp”. Closer dates aren't possible, as there wouldn't be enough setup time.
